Upala makes a sublime chocolate. We could really taste the quality of the criallo varietal and Upala does a superb job of producing a truly gourmet product. It has a pure chocolate flavor with just a subtle note of espresso and dark cherry. While the 72 is certainly slightly sweeter than the 82 we found the 82 a bit creamier in the mouth, but both are delicious.
